Overview

The Legal Department handles the complete legal affairs of the Authority, including:

• Providing legal opinion and advice to various departments;
• Handling litigation before different judicial fora;
• Vetting of guidelines, circulars, directions, agreements and other documents;
• Review and making of Regulations, on behalf of the Authority.
