PFRDA requests comments from all concerned on the first draft of the administrative guidelines proposed to be issued on the following subjects:

1. Central Recordkeeping Agency

2. Custodian and Depository Participant

3. Fees and Charges

4. New Pension System Trust

5. Points of Presence

6. Subscribers Education and Protection Fund

The comments should be received on or before July 31, 2010. The guidelines would be further reviewed in light of the comments received and/ or any other developments.
